Abstract

This article describes the collective actions by the community of the neighborhood Ciudadela Colsubsidio-El Cortijo in Bogotá, which respond to the socio- environmental conflict between the State and the people over the dispute of the usage of the territory, during the period 2021- 2022. Through ethnomethodology, the factors that produce the socio-environmental conflict were identified, actions that responded to the conflict were systematized and the scope of those actions were analyzed. Therefore, it is said that in Ciudadela Colsubsidio- El Cortijo, the community is rethinking how to live in the neighborhood from a perspective of the right to the city.
