It then delves into the concept of the religious pension supplement as a viable welfare alternative. Next, sustainable compensation systems in the 21st century company are discussed, highlighting their importance in the current context. Finally, strategies are presented to develop employment plans that promote the sustainability of the system, considering the changing needs of workers and companies in the current economic scenario.
