Abstract

To understand the communicative interactions that come up in the relationships of students in a virtual learning environment, the project "Communicative interactions in a virtual learning environment" was developed within a comprehensive research framework that refers to the structure of epistemological and methodological decisions and acts that allows a person to comprehensively access to the sense of life practices. Departing from an etnomethodological focus, the data obtaining, the analysis route and the ethical aspects are introduced. The research was made at Universidad de Medellín with students of the elective subject "TIC" under the blended method in the first semester of 2009-1.
