Materials and methods:

The research was based on a quantitative approach, starting from the study of a group of PYMES in the province of Tungurahua-Ecuador, with the help of the theory of the Point of Balance, in addition to using the variation statistic. It was necessary to raise a methodology by means of which it was possible to collect this information for this reason, the research is of bibliographic and field mode, since it is not available in the existing sources.

Results:

The hypothesis is verified: "Technological innovation has an impact on the business growth of the bodybuilding sector in the province of Tungurahua". The introduction of technological innovations in the sector reduced costs and generated gains that the bodybuilder sector can capitalize on to plan its growth in the short, medium and long term.
