It is noted that both family support and family satisfaction are variables that are related (r = 0.470, p = 0.001), therefore can be used together and both are in turn related to work-family conflict. In undertaking the study of regression was found that family support and family satisfaction are predictors of work-family conflict (β= -0.386; t[91] = -4.698; p<0.001) significantly and negatively associated with work-family conflict (r = -0.684, p = 0.001), is that higher levels of support and family satisfaction, lower the levels of work-family conflict.
