Abstract

This article examines how, within the framework of the propaganda and imaginary-building strategy devised and developed in the 1930s by the German National Socialist government, aimed at Reich citizens inside and outside the country, German residents in the city of Barranquilla, in the Colombian Caribbean, became receptors, generators and disseminators of content through magazines elaborated locally but with nationwide circulation, thus contributing to the construction of a positive image of Hitler's regime and articulating with The Nazi project of mass media use.
