BADILLO MENDOZA, Miguel Ezequiel. Emerging communicative tensions in collaborative learning strategies. Entramado [online]. 2013, vol.9, n.1, pp.188-201. ISSN 1900-3803.
Abstract The following article presents the results of the research study titled "Emerging communicative tensions (ECT) in the use of free software tools and social networks in collaborative learning strategies," which was carried out during the development of a Pedagogy Workshop for Unlicensed Professionals in 2012. The methodology was qualitative in nature with a descriptive scope. The technique used was a virtual survey of the group of attendees composed of 18 people belonging to the municipalities of Valle del Cauca (Colombia). The presence of tensions was identified in three categories of analysis: learning, collaborative work, and communication. It is concluded that ECTs arise from new configurations and modes of relating of communication in virtual environments and that its incidence can have a negative impact on the expected educational outcomes.
