Abstract

Presents a systematic review of literature that identifies applicability of the information and communications technology (ICT) in the education for persons with educational special needs, and how it has been his use in the strengthen the learning of objective population, the importance is identified in the use of software to improve the mental skill and the task development, besides the use hardware for facilitate the data exchange. From this research is reflected the importance that has each of the proposed solutions and the need to continue developing tools that enhance the process of teaching and learning that in turn relates with the improvement of the life quality of this population.
