Abstract

AGREDO-MENDEZ, Guefry Leider; JOJOA-GOMEZ, Pablo Emilio  and  TERRE, Vicenç Almenar. Tabu Search applied to symbol detection in L-MIMO. Entramado [online]. 2017, vol.13, n.2, pp.278-284. ISSN 1900-3803.  https://doi.org/10.18041/entramado.2017v13n2.26213.

In the detection of symbols for MIMO systems with a large number of antennas which is known as L-MIMO (Large MIMO), it is sought to have efficient schemes whose complexity makes viable its real implementation. This article presents the results obtained with a Tabu Search based scheme, comparing it by means of simulation with reference linear detectors, demonstrating that in normal conditions of a wireless channel, it is possible to obtain a better performance in evaluations that are made up to L-MIMO 32x32.
