Abstract

'General José María Córdova' Military School of Cadets conducted an initial research where the impact from the female students personnel enrollment into the Institution was assessed, it was established the need of creating a follow-up entity for this population group within the School in order to collect its historic data. Therefore, it was stated a sequel project for setting up the basis for the creation of an Advising Measuring Assessing Organ for the female students personnel in the institution and their relevance and contributions to it, through interdisciplinary collection of information with the participation of various professional bodies existing in the ESMIC. In this way, recurring situations were identified and evaluated as factors that affect their daily life and welfare by means of assessment tools design, application and analysis, and thus suggesting course actions
