Abstract

CASTANEDA TOVAR, Sergio Mauricio. Technical and swimming performance in untrained cadets and ensigns Profile: an approach at the Military School of Cadets General José María Córdova. Rev. Cient. Gen. José María Córdova [online]. 2014, vol.12, n.13, pp.321-330. ISSN 1900-6586.

The objective of this study is to establish the technical and swimming performance indicators in the 100 mt free for cadets of the Military Academy Cadet "General Jose Maria Cordova", 300 cadets men a performing the process were evaluated training as officers of the Army at the Military School General Jose Maria Cordova in the city of Bogotá. The characteristics of the population indicate that the average age of 21.6 ±2.8 years, height was at 1.73± 5.6 cm, the values for the weight found in 71,407± 2.5 kg. The stroke length obtained a score of 1.23±4.5, the stroke rate was at 36.4± 2.1, and speeds of 0.728 m / s± 1.3 in the protocol applied.
