A legal analysis is performed about the problems encountered by people who, at a certain time, they need to go to an entity that will solve their problem, either administrative or judicial, addressing in a tangential way, what is done or what are the problems of people when they want to access to justice, in areas that have to do with the infrastructure generated by the same State, the treatment of officials, the costs involved, lack of knowledge and the little accessibility in different regions of Colombia.
