This research seeks to demonstrate how art, and in this particular case, the artwork of Doris Salcedo, can become a key support mechanism for the Colombia's Transitional Justice process. It shows the social work of art and how it becomes a suitable medium, able to give voice to the victims of the conflict. It is a case study, which analyzed in depth, the Colombian artist Doris Salcedo's work art. The purpose is to identify which has been its contribution to the preservation of historical memory and moral and symbolic reparations to victims of the Colombia's internal conflict
