This article is based upon a quantitative research, conducted by the authors, which had as main objective to determine the entrepreneur and professional competencies that the students of the minor of translation at Universidad EAN must possess, upon completion of their academic program, so that they have the capacity to fulfill the demands from local and foreign companies with quality, entrepreneurship and commitment.
