Abstract
CAMARGO-GARCIA, Katterin Viviana. Reparations to victims in transitional justice processes. Rev. Cient. Gen. José María Córdova [online]. 2019, vol.17, n.28, pp.799-818. Epub May 11, 2020. ISSN 1900-6586. https://doi.org/10.21830/19006586.472.
This document examines the reparations to victims in transitional justice processes for violations of human rights and crimes against humanity. It also contemplates the types of reparations established internationally and the components that must be considered to attain integral reparation to cope with the moral and physical effects brought on by internal armed conflict. The research follows a qualitative-descriptive analysis methodology that is divided into three focuses: 1) components for the reparation of victims in the transitional justice process, 2) types of reparation of victims established at international level for an internal armed conflict, and 3) the reparation of victims as a mechanism to overcome the internal armed conflict.
