This article presents the transformation of the internal armed conflict resulting from the implementation of the Final Agreement with the FARC-EE The process, from its signing and endorsing from 2016 to 2019, is described through a review of quantitative and qualitative sources. First, the agreement's constitutionalizing and ratifying is analyzed is used to describe. Then, the transitional justice system, embodied in the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP), and the geopolitical context of this implementation in 2019, is addressed. Finally, a balance sheet of the implementation is made. As a result, the implementation's advancement and delays, the JEP's challenges and achievements, and the emergence of new armed conlict scenarios and actors after the disarming of the FARC-EP are presented.
