These lines intend to achieve an overview of the Colombian administrative decentralization in the field of Andean integration; that is, without analyzing each of the Andean Community areas of competence, whose content shows any relation with the decentralized activities in Colombia. The study cited as hypothesis to consider that the Colombian administrative decentralization is an obstacle to the progress of the Andean integration process, which is corroborated by various bases of political and legal order.
