It is from the perception of called global governance that the research part, where there is a space for the emergence of different actors -that perform specific governances- including in this scenario the sport, especially the football, as an important social and cultural mechanism that is directly impacted for globalization processes. The research is based on sources bibliographical, documentary, websites and research already carried out on the object. It was observed that sport governance bodies, in particular FIFA, non-governmental organizations have as non-profit institutions, despite the behavior oscillate sometimes as market, expressing hybrid and contradictory characteristics in the dynamics of global governance - as a multinational company, or as the Third Sector organization, or as an international institution.
