Abstract

ACOSTA RODRIGUEZ, Joaquín Emilio  and  GUAL ACOSTA, José Manuel. Contractual security and the principle of favor for the contract -A vision from transnational law. Rev. repub. [online]. 2021, n.30, pp.147-162.  Epub Aug 02, 2021. ISSN 1909-4450.  https://doi.org/10.21017/rev.repub.2021.v30.a100.

In this article, we present the conceptual links between legal certainty and the principle of favor for the contract. An analysis of these links is proposed in order to reformulate the problem of the interpretation of the contract as well as its corollary, its validity. In addition, the transnational law is used to rethink the binding force of the contract.

Keywords : Legal security; favor negotii; transnational law.
