Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze the knowledge transfer transfer knowledge to in the production of structural components of two aircraft models: the Q 400 and Global Express, in the Bombardier Aerospace company in Querétaro. Bombardier Aerospace, is a pioneer in the aviation sector in Mexico, world's third largest civil aircraft manufacturer. In 2005, México decided to invest in Bombardier Aerospace of México creating S.A. Ltd., to transfer production lines and from Japan and Toronto to Queretaro. The I interest in this research is to analyze and describe the transfer of knowledge knowledge transfer for the production of structural components of the two aircraft models, under since different results were obtained at the level of productivity and external factors that influenced the knowledge transfer knowledge. The literature that can provide the foundations for the development and achievement of the objective of this research are: learning and knowledge transfer.
