Obesity has become a public health problem in many nations. Bariatric surgery has shown to be an effective therapeutic modality por morbid obesity, and this type of surgery is performed with increased frequency. Stenosis of the gastrojejunostomy is the most common late complication following laparoscopic gastric bypass. We hereby report three cases of stenosis of the gastrojejunostomy, together with a discussion on its management and a literature review.
