The case of a 24 year old male with hemorrhagic shock associated with spontaneous splenic rupture is presented. After surgical management, a peripherical t cell lymphoma was demonstrated through immunohistochemistry. Up to date literature is reviewed, as well as possible differential diagnosis related to spontaneous splenic rupture.
