This research work makes a brief historical account of the origin and typification of natural beauty, as well as certain aesthetic categories such as wild beauty, sublimity, scenic landscape, etc. Then, it characterizes a disciplinary field known as Aesthetics of Nature, presenting some of its main developments, problems, authors, and theories.
