Over the past few years in Bogota, Art faculties from different Universities have been debating the frameworks that recognized the art creative process as a way of acquiring knowledge. These discussions have helped established the rules to promote, recognized, validate and certified it. This proposal presents aspects of these debates in Colombia and in particular in the city of Bogota.
