VARGAS MUNOZ, Sergio Daniel. Escritura creativa y cosmogonía indígena amazónica: la aventura de escribir literatura fantástica juvenil en Colombia. []. , 27, pp.148-165.   05--2022. ISSN 2011-804X.

This article, derived from a research-creation process, approaches Amazonian mythology, specifically in the Amazonian foothills, located in the department of Caquetá. The researcher is a native of this place and has participated in multiple close experiences with indigenous communities, their ceremonies, and dialogues in which the oral tradition has been invigorated. Besides encyclopedic knowledge, the research explores ethno graphic and auto-ethnographic knowledge, since it has proposed a trip to the jungle heart through the resear cher's experience and gaze. He takes his memories, oral resources, and archives for the fiction creation. Also, he considers the socio-political and cultural conflicts of the territory in which the work of fiction takes on esthetic and literary sense. The research that originates this article has an artistic result; the writing of a novel entitled Jandy Kilkais Journey. It is framed in the fantastic genre and proposes a trip to the heart of the jungle and the internal transformation of an indigenous character when recognizing her own culture. Both the novel and this article suggest a reflection on ancestral culture preservation and a literary proposal in the fantasy genre, based on the mythical content of a culture that tends to disappear.
