The aim of this article is to provide a framework for reflection, discussion and orientation of actions that contribute to the integration of ict into the curriculum from the framework of policies and programs in Colombia. The results, derived from the analysis of primary and secondary sources of information, put together some aspects to guide the integration of ict into the curriculum. Finally, we conclude that policies and programs are fundamental for the incorporation of ict into the education system input. In addition, its analysis will allow educational institutions to understand the needs of society and materialize pedagogical actions for the construction and development of relevant curricula according to the purposes, goals and objectives of Colombian education.
