Abstract

The purpose of this article is to show the different views with which the subject of citizenship is approached, in relation to other concepts in the democratic dynamics, such as citizenship with history; A look at the citizenship in Colombia, citizenship and school; Technologies, media and impact on citizenship; Citizenship, participation and moral values. Based on a documentary review, the article presents different investigations that have been carried out mostly in Latin America and emphasizing the Colombian case. This, with the purpose of help understand the concept of citizenship expressed throughout history and in different social scenarios.
