The article analyzes some managing and financial dynamics within the "Bridle path from GarcíaRovira to Casanare business society" between 1870 and 1880. Thus the article analyses the context in which the society is established, the role and duties from the members and relationships around this business society. According to this, it is highlighted the leadership from the General SolónWilches, President from the Santander State and his interest on the construction of a trading way towards Los Llanos del Casanare. Finally, this article offers an understanding about the accounting and member's statement, from the company's account books.
