Abstract

Abstract Under the General System of Social Security in Health in Colombia, there Voluntary Health Plans, which are classified as Prepaid Medicine (MP), Health Policy and Supplement Plans. This paper's main objective is to establish the causes for which protective actions are filed against volunteers products health plans - Prepaid Medicine and Health Policies - in the company's Seguros de Vida Suramericana S.A.; basis, to derive from them an agreement of wills or contracts, but when due or development of these the fundamental right to health of purchasers, they could acquire the benefit violates constitutionally said. Therefore, to analyze the tension between these contracts and the grounds on which it is protection, there will be a review of 38 actions between the years 2011 to 2013
