The Right to a healthy environment is a right in constant evolution and has been the subject of debate in the economic development of the States, for this reason, we will analyze how the implementation of renewable energies constitutes a guarantee of the Fundamental Right to a Healthy Environment; In this sense, a detailed study of Colombian regulations and international law standards applicable to the subject under study was carried out, to analyze how the implementation of renewable energies constitutes a guarantee of the fundamental right to a healthy environment in Colombia according to the pronouncements of the Constitutional Court and the Council of State? The subject was approached through a theoretical-documentary analysis, applying the rules of hermeneutical interpretation. This publication warns about the lack of normative regulation that the Colombian State has and with it the non-compliance with the Conventions and Treaties ratified by Colombia.
