The objective of this research article is to compare the behaviors established as disciplinary offenses, in the different regimes according to human dignity, and according to the privacy and equality of the public servant in Colombia, for which the mixed method was used, Using the techniques of documentary analysis of the regulations, jurisprudence and doctrine applicable to public servants in general and members of the public force, an analysis of data provided by the National Attorney General's Office, registered in the Information System Registry of Sanctions and Causes of Incapacity - SIRI, on the sanctions imposed from 2010 to 2019. In this way, the existence of behaviors that potentially affect the privacy and equality of the public servant, and in a greater proportion to those in uniform, was evidenced. of the National Police, replacing the disciplinary preventive function with the punitive function of the State.
