In Colombia there are no contracting courts despite the fact that the country has committed to its implementation through international treaties. The inefficiency of the existing judicial control means, which define in an agile, timely and technical manner the legality of the selection processes and modification of contracts during their execution, leads to identifying the conditions of efficiency and opportunity of a mechanism that could be implemented in the country, taking into account the constitutional references and limitations of the organization of independent administrative institutions.
