Abstract

FALCONI TRAVEZ, DlEGO. WRITING WITH THE BODY IN MOTION: ANDEAN SEX-DISSIDENCE BY DIEGO POSADA AND FRAU DIAMANDA. perifrasis. rev.lit.teor.crit. [online]. 2021, vol.12, n.24, pp.111-131.  Epub July 31, 2021. ISSN 2145-8987.  https://doi.org/10.25025/penfrasis202112.24.06.

I analyze the poetic/political potential of two migrant scriptural exercises: Constitución república rarita (Diego Posada and Constituyente República Rarita); and the book Escenas catalanas (Frau Diamanda). These are two examples of embodied textuality that update Andean principles to deal with Spanish-Catalan coloniality in Fortress Europe. I intend to think, from a localized critique, about the necesary proximity of texts and bodies to interpelate conservative discourses and semiotics at both sides of the Atlantic.

Keywords : Sexual-dissidence; sexile; decoloniality; Andean migration; transvestite.
