With RENATA's arrival in Colombia, and specifically to San Juan de Pasto, opportunities of progress come to the professional training by working with the academic networks and cooperative work that help the interinstitutional integration. It is essential to diagnose the conditions in which the teachers education programs are, in order to access these opportunities. Visiting the universities that offer those programs, interviewing the teachers, and analyzing the relevant categories show a discouraging reality. It is a priority to design a strategic plan and to construct educational experiences through the use of ICT in education programs.
