Abstract This article is about a research carried out by the SENA. Its purpose was to validate a training module so that trainees of the Program "Technicians to Develop Work Competences in Marketing and Electricity" make conscious use of learning strategies in accordance with academic tasks and solve inherent problems of an occupation by the project method. A Learning to Learn Competence was developed, a Training Module was designed, Trainees training was oriented as well as the evaluation plan, as research outputs.Finally, the hypotesis was demonstarted as over 95% of those who intervene in this research achieved a superior level in developing the above mentioned competence.
