SANCHEZ RUIZ, Mónica Tatiana  and  MORALES ROJAS, María Alejandra. Strengthening of creativity in preschool education oriented by pedagogic strategies based on childhood art and literature. Zona prox. [online]. 2017, n.26, pp.61-81. ISSN 2145-9444.  https://doi.org/10.14482/zp.26.10213.

This paper presents the process and implementation of a research that aims to design a proposal of educational intervention oriented by artistic and literary strategies that enable the strengthening of the creative process in preschool children between 5 and 6 years. Supported on the qualitative paradigm and taking as methodological design the action research, firstly, the creative profile of preschool children was determined through the application of a diagnostic test. Then the pedagogical proposal and its impact on strengthening creativity in children were assessed by analyzing the interventions applied in the institution, selecting the appropriate strategies. Finally a digital booklet for teachers and educators was designed, aiming at strengthening creative skills in preschool children. The proposal emphasizes the importance of work with classroom projects that enable the motivation and strengthen creative skills significantly, being this methodology a viable alternative to overcome the mechanical, instrumental and directed tradition to guide the talents of children in preschool education. Through the proposal, it was developed a teaching process guided for the game, the playful and active participation of children, which certainly had an impact in the like and pleasure experienced by infants when discovering and demonstrating their creative skills.
