In the context of research in Physical Education there are many interests and approaches that show the extended action field and the impact that this area has in the continuous training process. Interests are focused on motivation, learning styles, pedagogical practices, sports promotion and the present situation of the physical education, among others. This article makes an interpretation of 58 studies about physical, accounting for research trends in the area, and their outstanding results in order to obtain a general vision of what physical education involves currently.
