This article aims to propose a practical contribution to the teaching of English by presenting activities framed in education with a gender perspective (EGP), in which dramatic techniques are used in university education. The goal is that students deepen on the need to advance in gender equality, while working on different social skills and improving oral skills in the teaching-learning process. The methodology is qualitative-descriptive, with an exploratory nature. An anonymous survey was prepared at the end of the semester, in order to know the opinion of university students on the main aspects related to EPG taken into account in the classroom. The results of the questionnaire show that most of the surveyed students did not know this pedagogical approach nor the dramatic techniques. In addition, it highlights that the activities have contributed to improving the students' social commitment and acquisition of social skills, such as communication.
