Modern organizations are faced with daily internal and external pressures, as a result of the systems in which they operate. We have passed of the worry by the quality problems, the operating efficiencies and the optimization of resources, to transformational contexts like the globalization of markets, the introduction of new competitors in all the settings and the growing expectations of the consumers.

These and other features generate a so extremely dynamic in the environment that ask in a direct way the sustainability of the traditional methods of standardization as effective tool to guarantee the durability of business. The construction of Unique Organizations, means the approach of a potential business model of Organization to face this changing and uncertain panorama, leaving in principle of the most valuable one of the resources in all the social organizations, the Human resource.
