Abstract

VIAMONTES, Mónica O’Reilly  and  DUQUE OLIVA, Edison Jair. Choir groups as a team skills training strategy in organizations: a comparative perspective. suma neg. [online]. 2015, vol.6, n.13, pp.92-97. ISSN 2215-910X.  https://doi.org/10.1016/j.sumneg.2015.08.008.

This article illustrates the link between the formation of teamwork competences and mechanisms that operate within the structure and working process of choirs. It also shows the results of a survey of 51 singers about the benefits of choral practice in the development of teamwork competence, where the outcome reinforces the approach of choral work as a tool to develop teamwork competences.
