Within the Sustainable Development Goals Agenda 2030, the need arises that countries, organizations, universities, trace common objectives to give proper use and management of goods and services of ecosystem, actions that as citizens of the world should not be indifferent, since this planet is a common home and affects us as a species. Thus, the purpose of this research is to manage information, to create a model of agroecological production under a complex approach. It is carried out in three phases: observation technique, documentary review, from contrasting the two stages, in a third period, a 3D model is built representing a model to combine plants and animals and produce healthy foods. It is concluded that the generation of knowledge for the creation of the model is based on the management of information, in relation to obtaining, organizing, categorizing and Interrelation of data.
