This research was about knowing the university Spin-offs created in the Andalusian Universities under the hypothesis that these companies are created in a period of economic crisis and have their own characteristics. A survey designed and structured was used, with several fields such as economic data, human resources, R&D and the help received by the OTRI's. An empirical study carried out on a sample of 32 out of a population of 178 Spin-offs. The data obtained showed how the Andalusian university Spin-offs are competitive due to the R&D&I developed within them and the high qualification of human capital.
