Abstract

The article presents a series of conceptual considerations that involve the review of the language education policy in Colombia, in terms of teaching and learning a foreign language as well as the need to implement new technologies in education. Similarly, some reflections about the impact of new technologies on the early education are presented. Finally, a proposal of curricular integration of new technologies in the approaching process to the foreign language is outlined, in light of the growing boom in the development of bilingualism and multilingualism projects in the current world.
