This article presents a group of reflexive notes about the relation among innovation, technology in education and professor training in prospect within a pedagogic and didactic framework. For that purpose, a brief description of the problem is developed where thematic backgrounds are included specially teaching activities in general and ICT in particular. The aim is approach to the understanding of the relation between professors training and their adroitness in using technologies. The context is found in the working proposals that are being executing and discussing by the Unidad Académica (UA) of the Comisión Sectorial de Enseñanza (CSE), Pro Rectorado de Enseñanza of the Universidad de la República (UDELAR), Uruguay, to promote the professional development of their professors by pedagogic and didactic teaching.

The methodology used for this stage of work has been the search for background of research and theoretical references that contribute to the understanding of this subject. As a result, a series of questions that allows to question the relation among innovation, technology, and professor training is cited.
