Introduction: For most women, childbirth is configured as a single event, which reinforces and legitimizes the status of being a woman. Before birth, the baby is conceived, parents wonder what is sex, and even the appearance that the profession. The first fetal movements contributes to establishing a relationship of love between mother and child, which later form the filial maternal attachment. Materials and Methods: A descriptive qualitative.
