Introduction: Mexico in you complete decades suffers of a critical situation in health, due to the increase in the diseases chronic that not only affects to the adult population but also to children and adolescents existing therefore a transition epidemiologist; On the other hand it is possible to mention the insufficient one financing at national level that has granted him to the health, having caused a deficient benefit of services of health affecting with greater emphasis to the peripheral populations of great cities and to the rural communities. Materials and Methods: Article of reflection on the investigation like weakness in infirmary and the relation with the health, policies, national economy and incidence of the diseases chronic. Results: The critical analysis of Literature shows the description of the situation of health in Mexico, its educative policies of health and as well as of the national economy and the relation of this with the infirmary and the development of the investigation. Discussion and Conclusions: The investigation in infirmary is still a small company, few are dedicated to her and few are those that have an advanced academic degree that allows them to explore problems at level which they can generate theory" and that it is supported as well economically.
