Introduction: The modernization of health services, the priority for efficiency and cost control, have made the financial health personnel and procedural precede the provision of a health service human-oriented administrative aspects. Materials and Methods: This article examines issues related to the humanization of health services, makes an exhortation on the responsibility of all stakeholders in the health system are facing the patient and family, and their participation in health practice through care. Results: Some aspects are highlighted from the ethics and integrity that help to humanize health services involving professionals, health managers and users. Discussion and Conclusions: From the user perspective there are difficulties in the care provided by health professionals, especially in its integrity, this may occur as a result of the health system, where the person as a subject of law is increasingly invisible.
