Introduction: The job of the nursing team of the Mobile Service is at extreme risk to illness, by contamination with fluids or piercing and slashing objects, risk in traffic, risk in ergonomics, violence physical and psychological. This study aimed to map the risk factors to diseases related to the work of nursing professionals of the Mobile Emergency Service Team. Material and Methods: A descriptive study was conducted with a quantitative approach, using a validated instrument (Inventory Labor and Illness Risk). The study included patients over 18 years old, nursing technicians and nurses working on mobile service of emergency. Were excluded the professionals that were on vacation and missing. Results: The assessment in the context of the work was critical. Pleasure and suffering indicators presented themselves satisfactorily. For damages related to work, the evaluation was moderate criticism. Discussion: In the critical evaluation, professionals indicated dissatisfaction with the "organization of work". As pleasure and suffering, it was highlighted the "burnout" and "lack of gratefulness". The evident physical damages were related to work. Conclusions: The results show that the nursing team of the Emergency Service is submitted to illness risks, mainly related to the physical and psychological factor. It is necessary to review the working conditions of these professionals, aiming to improve the workplace. The risk to illness harms the work and life of this professional.
