Abstract

This article supports the socio-territorial nature of the Black Communities Process (PON) in Colombia from its territorialized form of organization in regional palenques and its core objective of struggle, vindication and defense of the territories and the ancestral territoriality of these communities; as well as the conceptions and practices of participation that the activists of this collectivity develop in defense of the ethnic-territorial rights recognized in Law 70 of 1993.
