Organizational justice has become a significant factor in organizations, even determining their economic results. This research studies the relationship between organizational justice and the results of the decision-making process in small and medium-sized companies in Chile and Peru. For this, a questionnaire was applied to 149 employees of strategic and tactical levels from different companies. The information collected was processed with the multiple regression analysis technique, concluding that there is a significant relationship between each of the forms of justice used in companies and their business results, which shows that, to achieve business success, organizational justice must be improved.

Keywords : Organizational governance; decision making; business success; distributive justice; interaction justice.
